Yeah, yeah, yeah we all agree, but as time pressured HR Managers where do we get the time to write them?
It seems to be taken as red that we have the desire to download lots of data, qualifications frameworks and job descriptions and then spend hours and hours locked away, glued to the computer bashing out competencies.
Then we have to benchmark them against each other for consistency and fairness - is a 5 on this scale equivalent to 5 on that one…?
